Replacing and restoring using adhesive dentistry
Missing/damaged/decayed tooth structure can be replaced with a biomimetic approach, which simulates the mechanics, function and beauty of natural teeth. The treatment of a a single missing tooth, however, represents a completely different challenge. Nevertheless,
whether a tooth requires replacement or restoration, adhesive dentistry can remain the cornerstone of the therapeutic approach. This presentation will help clinicians develop a rational therapeutic approach based on science, experience, common sense, and the patient!
Les structures dentaires manquantes, endommagées ou délabrées peuvent être remplacées par une approche biomimétique, qui simule la mécanique, la fonction et la beauté des dents naturelles. Le traitement d'une seule dent manquante représente toutefois un tout autre défi.
Néanmoins, si une dent nécessite un remplacement ou une restauration, la dentisterie adhésive peut rester la pierre angulaire de l'approche thérapeutique. Cette présentation aidera les cliniciens à développer une approche thérapeutique rationnelle basée sur la science, l'expérience, le bon sens et le patient !
